Refund Policy

At 931 Graphics, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom apparel, signs, awards, promotional products, and printed materials. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not 100% satisfied with your order due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll review the issue and work quickly to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may: Repair or replace the item at no additional cost. Correct any production errors. Issue a refund if we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. To help us process your request, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for orders with customer-approved artwork, spelling errors, design choices, sizing, or color selections unless the error was made by 931 Graphics. Our goal is simple: If you're not 100% satisfied, we'll do everything we can to make it right. We value every customer and stand behind the quality of our work.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
